Pursued by the state, the man and his wife attempt to flee to her parents' home, but along the way they meet a carefree young man who loves movies. Meanwhile, back in his rural hometown, his father-in-law is in critical condition, but his sister-in-law neglects to care for him and instead engages in phone sex with him.
