Marcus Jean Pirae first appeared in the British independent film 'Somnolence'. He came into the Hollywood arena after landing the role of "Mr Funktastic" in MGM's 'Bulletproof Monk', produced by John Woo, starring opposite Chow Yun-Fat, Seann William Scott and Jaimie King. He was next seen in 'La Femme Musketeer' starring as Captain Villeroi, acting opposite Gerard Depardieu, John Rhys-Davies, Michael York and Nastasya Kinski. Shortly after, he began shooting another lead role, in the multi award winning indie feature film 'Stripped Down', closely followed by playing the part of Dr. Marshal Peters in 'Supernova' alongside Peter Fonda.
